the "only-in-dominica" post:

Only in Dominica: do we not eat any meat for over 2 weeks because every time we call "Malcolm" they are out.  But finally when we called this week they had some.  Normally, we order the 12 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast box from the States.  This time we had to order 40 lbs.!  Yes, we now have 40 lbs. of chicken in our freezer, probably enough to last until Brandon leaves in December.


On another note, Brandon took his Pathology practical on Monday and even though he thought he did better he still got a "B" and I am so proud of him.  After dinner tonight (I made chicken, surprised?) we celebrated by getting some ice cream with our neighbors.  He's back to studying though, big Mini 3 is tomorrow.  Wish him luck!
